Zigbee Soil Moisture Sensor Home Assistant Compatible

The soil moisture sensor Zigbee reliably measures soil moisture, temperature, and humidity. Its compact design allows the sensor to be easily used in flower pots, planters, or in the garden. Data transmission is wireless via Zigbee 3.0 and can be seamlessly integrated into smart home systems. The sensor reports the measured values in percentage or degree readings and is ideal for the automation of irrigation systems. The calibration functions allow for individual adjustment of temperature, humidity, and soil values. The sensor also has a warning function for water shortage in the substrate. The sampling rates for temperature and soil measurements can be flexibly adjusted. Thanks to battery power, the sensor operates energy-efficiently, with a standby time of up to 12 months. The sensor is not compatible with Tuya and is preferably operated with Zigbee2MQTT or compatible gateways, allowing for easy integration into Home Assistant.
