Soil Moisture Sensor Zigbee HZ-SL04 for Home Assistant TS0601

The Haozee HZ-SL04 is a wireless Zigbee 3.0 soil moisture sensor, natively supported by Zigbee2MQTT, allowing seamless and fully local integration into Home Assistant – without cloud connectivity and without a proprietary gateway. In Zigbee2MQTT, the sensor is registered as device type TS0601_soil_3 and provides the measurement parameters soil moisture, ambient temperature, and battery level directly as MQTT entities. The device measures soil moisture and ambient temperature in real-time and is inserted with its measuring probe part at least two-thirds deep into the ground.
