WisBlock RAK14006 Rotary Encoder

The RAK14006 contains a rotary encoder module named PEC11L-4125F-S0020 from BOURNS. The switch allows the detection of the direction of rotation and the number of steps in user inputs. In addition, there is a separate push button that can be used independently. 

The WisBlock ecosystem by RAK Wireless offers compact and modular solutions to build your own IoT-LoRaWAN nodes. On a WisBlock base board, various CPU, sensor, and IO extension modules can be mounted. Unlike with conventional connectors, the modules are fixed with screws on the base board. This creates a reliable and solid fixation of industrial quality. Thanks to the modular and compact design, WisBlock is particularly suitable for applications in prototype construction in the professional or hobby sector. 

Note: The module is connected to a RAK BaseBoard through the 40-pin IO slot.
