W1209 24V Temperature Controller with Relay Circuit

The W1209 module has a temperature sensor and a relay circuit. This allows you to easily build a temperature control system. For example, for a 3D printing chamber.   With the three buttons set, +, - a target temperature can be set at which the relay switches. This can be used to switch on a fan or heater, for example.  

WARNING: The board shows 12V but the relay only switches when it is powered with 24V.  

Instructions: 

• Connect the temperature sensor, 24V operating voltage (terminal +12V and GND) and your desired consumer (terminal K0 and K1) to the PCB.  
  
• After briefly pressing the SET button, the display flashes. The target temperature can now be adjusted with the + and - buttons.  
  
• If the SET button is pressed for longer than 3 seconds, this calls up the P-menu. Here, various parameters can be set (see table), but mostly P0 is set where one chooses between H and C mode. In C mode, the relay switches when the target temperature is exceeded. In H mode, it switches when it is fallen below.  
  
• Confirm the selected target temperature and P-settings by pressing the SET button again.  
  
• The module now displays the measured temperature in real time and switches the relay according to the P0 value when it reaches the target temperature.  
  
• Possible error codes: LLL=The temperature sensor is not correctly connected. HHH=The measured temperature is outside the measuring range (-50-110°C).
