BeaverLAB Darwin MX MINT Intelligent Microscope

The Darwin MX Pro is a digital microscope for demanding detail analyses in education, research, and workshop. The large 9-inch IPS touchscreen with 1024x600 pixels allows precise live images and recordings to be comfortably controlled. A 5-MP CMOS sensor provides photos and videos in 2 K resolution with the finest details, supported by three multi-coated lenses, which together enable systemic magnifications of 100x, 800x, and 2200x. The stepless focusing and the movable XYZ table with magnetic holding clips allow exact positioning of the samples in all directions. A dual LED lighting system illuminates objects from above and below, while seven RGB colors provide optical staining. Via USB-C, the microscope can be connected to a PC and used as a Windows camera source; thus, the live image can be transmitted to a projector or television. The accompanying “Beaver Point” software is available for Windows and Mac OS. The integrated software in the microscope offers functions for measuring, mapping, editing, and sharing images; via Wi-Fi or USB-C, content can be transferred wirelessly or wired to PCs, tablets, or projectors. With 32 GB of eMMC storage, there are sufficient capacities for photos and videos, and thanks to the foldable design, the device can be stored space-savingly. The 5000-mAh lithium battery enables an operating time of around six hours and is charged via USB-C.
