0.8mm MK8 Micro Swiss M2 Hardened Steel Nozzle coated

This MK8 nozzle from Micro Swiss is made of M2 (1.3343) steel and has been electroless nickel plated and coated with a WS2 layer. WS2 is a tungsten sulphide coating with excellent friction properties. WS2 reduces the friction compared to conventional PVD layers by a factor of 10. The M2 steel was hardened to 68 HRC and annealed. The nozzle allows you to print at extremely high pressure temperatures up to 450°C without losing hardness.  The nickel coating has a hardness of 70-73 HRC, thus enabling you to print highly abrasive materials like ePAHT-CF Nylon-Carbon, wood or Luminous Glow in the Dark filaments.
