0.4mm RepRap Micro Swiss A2 Steel Nozzle coated

This RepRap nozzle from Micro Swiss is made of A2 steel (1.2363) and additionally coated with TwinClad XT. TwinClad XT is a very hard and resistant nickel coating with very good friction properties. The A2 steel was thermally treated to a hardness of 57-62 HRC and allows printing at very high pressure temperatures. With this durable nozzle, you can also easily print  abrasive materials such as  nylon-carbon, wood or  luminous glow in the dark filaments.
