0.4mm MK8 CM2 Micro Swiss Nozzle

The 0.4mm MK8 Micro Swiss CM2 nozzle is made of high temperature resistant copper-chrome-zirconium and is coated with a galvanic nickel coating. This allows it to maintain its shape and performance even under heavy usage and high temperatures. The nozzle tip is made of hardened M2 steel and has a special non-stick nano coating. The use of the copper-chrome-zirconium alloy improves the heat conductivity of the nozzle, leading to fast printing, while the hardened M2 high-speed steel increases the resistance and durability against abrasive filament. The M2 steel has been hardened and annealed to 68 HRC. The nickel coating has a hardness of 70-73 HRC, thus allowing you to print highly abrasive materials such as ePAHT-CF nylon-carbon, wood or luminous glow in the dark filaments.
